Appointments

In order to allow time for all of our patients and surgical procedures, we utilize an appointment system and patient updated desk (Ext. 138), at Hollywood Animal Hospital. Recently we have updated our phone system to better support the high volume of incoming phone calls that include both appointment scheduling and/or surgery scheduling directly. We do allow walk-ins throughout our normal office hours however the cost of the visit will be a small amount higher for those non appointment walk-ins. Unexpected medical emergencies throughout the day may cause unavoidable delays for any of our doctors schedules so please realize that we make a sincere effort to see each client as close to if not at their allotted appointment time.

Recently we updated our phone system to better support the high volume of incoming phone calls. You can access doctors’ voicemail directly if you know their extension, you can access the appointment scheduling and/or surgery scheduling directly along with accessing the patient update desk to retrieve information on a hospitalized or boarding animal. Medication requests can be quite extensive as you can imagine. Thus, calling in advance is very beneficial and highly recommended. Billing inquiries can also be directly accessed through our new phone system.
